The sheet metal processing belongs to the ancient production processes and concentrated in the past on cutting,  pressing and edging. With the extensive entry of lasertechnologies since 1980 and the possibilities of automation the sheet metal processing is nowadays part of the most efficient production processes. The term summarizes various procedures like laser cutting, pressing and edging.

Sheet metal and welding assemblies are utilized in housing components, in automotive engineering and several other segments of industry. Thanks to modern machinery technical possibilities are mostly unlimited. Sheet metal is produced efficiently from only 1 unit to larger series.

How it works at


Using our Trumpf Tru Laser 3030 with 6 KW fibre laser we are able to manufacture sheet metal of high quality and efficiency irrespective of the material up to a  thickness of 25mm. Edge components are realized by our TrumpfTruBend 5230 with a length of 4 m and 230to press capacity. Within this segement aluminium and stainless steel are formed by the process of TIG, GMAW, MAG, spot welding and stud welding. And the best: we are certificated according to EN 15085 CL 1 and hereby are qualified to produce components for the railroad industry.
